With over 25 years of dedicated healthcare experience, as an Engagement Lead within the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) practice, Verona serves as the strategic bridge between complex clinical/business challenges and high-impact technology solutions.

Verona’s primary focus is to orchestrate the delivery of innovative, compliant, and scalable digital transformations that improve patient outcomes, optimize revenue cycle performance, and accelerate time-to-market for all areas of healthcare, leveraging agentic AI and other emerging technologies.

Engagement Lead

Ali Ullah is a healthcare strategy, technology and automation leader with over 15 years of experience helping payer and provider organizations modernize operations through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, and agentic automation. He has led large-scale automation and digital transformation initiatives across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, partnering with health plans, health systems, and healthcare technology companies to reduce administrative burden, improve member and patient experience, and drive measurable financial outcomes.

As an Engagement Leader at TQA, Ali takes pride in partnering with healthcare payer and provider organizations to deliver measurable outcomes through RPA, AI and agentic initiatives. He works closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure automation initiatives align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and long-term scalability. Prior to joining TQA, Ali has held senior roles at Gartner, Informatica, BearingPoint, and Cerner.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys watching his Buckeyes and exploring the world, having traveled to 49 countries, he is taking recommendations for the 50th. He values experiencing new cultures, discovering great food, having meaningful conversations and gaining perspectives that influence his work and personal growth.

Ali holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Exeter in UK, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
