Premier Foods, a leading food manufacturer of some of the UK’s best-loved brands such as Oxo and Mr Kipling, was an early adopter of robotic process automation (RPA) in their finance, supply chain, and shipping departments. After a few years, the program lost momentum, leading to stagnation and declining engagement.
