Steven has spent over 25 years in software consulting and product development, with a leadership background rooted in his experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. His expertise focuses on selling and managing enterprise software delivery, with a specialization in cloud-based technologies, web application architecture, and SaaS.

For more than a decade, Steven concentrated on the healthcare sector, establishing it as a specialized vertical for process automation in back-office and clinical delivery application workflows. In 2023, he sold his company, Element Blue, to TQA (formerly Tquila Automation), where he went on to serve as SVP of Healthcare. Steven now serves as SVP of Industries, bringing that same depth of vertical expertise to TQA’s broader industry strategy across healthcare, insurance, and beyond.

His current vision centers on the transformative potential of agentic AI technology across every industry TQA serves. He advocates for the shift toward specialized AI agents that autonomously produce work outcomes by leveraging adaptive learning models and complex knowledge sets to streamline operations, from clinical workflows to back-office processes across sectors.

Specialties: Intelligent automation, agentic AI, customer satisfaction, sales operations, and consumer engagement.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University and a Master’s in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.

ServiceNow Practice Lead

Prem Mandava is the ServiceNow Practice Lead at TQA. In this role, Prem Mandava has built the ServiceNow practice focused primarily on Workflow Data Fabric, AI Agents, AI Control Tower, as well as RPA Assessments and migration to ServiceNow AI Agents, flows, and bots. Prem has led several large-scale agentic programs and built and scaled ServiceNow Practices for the last 10 years.
