As VP of Global Alliances, Jordan helps to build new technology partnerships aligned with TQA’s strategy and nurture existing ones.

Jordan brings over 15 years of experience working with enterprises across Europe and the United States, helping organizations transform sales, finance, and operational functions through intelligent automation and AI. He has operated on both sides of the table—building and leading teams in a vendor role, and partnering directly with customers across commercial and enterprise segments to deliver tangible business outcomes.

His approach is grounded in execution. He focuses on aligning technology initiatives to business priorities, building teams and governance models that scale, and helping customers move from experimentation to sustained, measurable success in their automation and AI programs.

Outside of work, Jordan likes to travel and stay active.

A.J. Hanna

Sr. Director Customer Development

Leveraging both a background in healthcare operations and a history of starting and advising others on the implementation of Intelligent Automation programs, A.J. assists Sales, Operations and Marketing in supporting prospective and existing clients throughout their automation journey.

With nearly 30 years in Healthcare operations (including time at Elevance and Ascension) and over a decade in Intelligent Automation, A.J. helps healthcare business leaders understand the “where” and the “why” in the effective use of intelligent automation and agentic AI technologies.

A.J. is here to provide a practical and experienced perspective on the challenges and rewards of automating workflows. From stakeholder management to process evaluation to the Center of Excellence structure, he is focused on leveraging his experience and personal investment in the intelligent automation industry to help clients navigate what can be an unexpectedly challenging path toward automation success.

A.J. was a founding member of the IEEE Working Group on Standards in Intelligent Automation.

Outside of work, A.J. follows the Indianapolis sports teams, plays golf (poorly), visits Walt Disney World often, and loves movies.

Steven Gerhardt

SVP, Healthcare

Steven has spent over 25 years in software consulting and product development, with a leadership background rooted in his experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. His expertise focuses on selling and managing enterprise software delivery, with a specialization in cloud-based technologies, web application architecture, and SaaS.

For more than a decade, Steven has concentrated on the healthcare sector, establishing it as a specialized vertical for process automation in back-office and clinical delivery application workflows. In 2023, he sold his company, Element Blue, to TQA (formerly Tquila Automation), where he now serves as the SVP of Healthcare.

His current vision for the industry centers on the transformative potential of agentic AI technology. He advocates for the shift toward specialized software agents that autonomously produce work outcomes by leveraging adaptive learning models and complex knowledge sets to streamline healthcare operations.

Professional Highlights

Specialties: Intelligent automation, agentic AI, customer satisfaction, sales operations, and consumer engagement.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University and a Master’s in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.
Community Involvement: Serves on the board of directors for several educational non-profit organizations in the Houston area.
