Matt Morse

Chief Executive Officer

Matt Morse is the Chief Executive Officer of TQA, an agentic AI services firm headquartered in Austin, with delivery centers in the US, the UK, Romania, and the Philippines. He joined in 2026, recruited by the board to lead the company’s next phase of growth in agentic AI. TQA’s clients include British Airways, NHS, Sonos, Premier Foods, and Texas Children’s Hospital.

Matt brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology services businesses. Most recently, he spent nine years as Chief Operating Officer of 3Cloud, where he joined as the ninth employee in 2017 and helped scale the firm to 1,200 people across the US and the Philippines, before its acquisition by Cognizant. At 3Cloud — a Microsoft Azure-focused services firm backed by Gryphon Investors — he oversaw services execution across four practices: Data & AI, App Innovation, Cloud Platform, and Managed Services. During Gryphon’s ownership, he helped integrate seven acquisitions into the business.

Before 3Cloud, Matt spent five years at Perficient as a General Manager in its Microsoft National Business Unit. He supported the integration of three acquisitions — PointBridge, Northridge Systems, and SpeakTECH — alongside Perficient’s own Microsoft practice. He joined Perficient through its acquisition of PointBridge, a Chicago-based Microsoft partner where he led the SharePoint practice. Earlier in his career, he led enterprise application development teams at Cintas, building ERP order capture systems for the company’s National Account Sales Division.

Matt lives in southwest Michigan with his wife and their two adopted coonhounds, both more couch potatoes than hunters. He and his wife have three grown children. When he isn’t working, he can usually be found traveling or somewhere outdoors.

As Chief Growth Officer, Erin leads TQA’s combined sales, alliances, and marketing organization. Her mandate is to run TQA’s go-to-market as a coordinated revenue engine and establish TQA as the leading partner for agentic AI and technology services for the enterprise

Erin joins TQA after more than sixteen years at Perficient, a global AI-first digital consultancy, where she held a series of senior leadership roles including Area Vice President across five US geographies and General Manager of the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Over 20+ years in marketing and technology, she has led consulting, sales, and marketing operations, driven brand transformation initiatives, and built high-performing teams across financial services, healthcare, and retail.

Erin is here to elevate the client’s experience at TQA. She focuses on turning agentic AI into measurable business advantage for enterprises navigating financial services, insurance, and healthcare.

Erin holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and was recognized with Consulting Magazine’s Excellence in Leadership Award.

Jordan Washington

VP, Global Alliances

As VP of Global Alliances, Jordan helps to build new technology partnerships aligned with TQA’s strategy and nurture existing ones.

Jordan brings over 15 years of experience working with enterprises across Europe and the United States, helping organizations transform sales, finance, and operational functions through intelligent automation and AI. He has operated on both sides of the table—building and leading teams in a vendor role, and partnering directly with customers across commercial and enterprise segments to deliver tangible business outcomes.

His approach is grounded in execution. He focuses on aligning technology initiatives to business priorities, building teams and governance models that scale, and helping customers move from experimentation to sustained, measurable success in their automation and AI programs.

David Babcock

Technical PreSales Director AMER

As Technical PreSales Director, David is responsible for assisting the sales team in aligning organizations with AI Automation technology solutions to achieve value-driven goals and objectives.

With over 30 years of experience in technology, including the last 5 years focusing on service delivery of AI enhanced automation. David specializes in simplifying complex concepts and driving toward value-based strategic solutions.

David is here to help TQA adhere to guiding principles of Technical PreSales with a primary focus on guiding both sales and customers to value-based solutions with the latest in AI technology. David believes the role of PreSales is to be the owner of the story that drives interest and value in technology investment through education and solution-based guidance.

David recently spearheaded the creation of an Agentic workshop framework to facilitate early conversations around the role of Agentic in Automation as well as help customers identify value-based use cases to ensure successful program strategies.

With a Civil Engineering degree from University of Michigan David also maintains certifications within UiPath and Microsoft.

Outside of work, David loves to travel and explore the world with his wife and son.

A.J. Hanna

Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences

Leveraging both a background in healthcare operations and a history of starting and advising others on the implementation of Intelligent Automation programs, A.J. assists Sales, Operations and Marketing in supporting prospective and existing clients throughout their automation journey.

With nearly 30 years in Healthcare operations (including time at Elevance and Ascension) and over a decade in Intelligent Automation, A.J. helps healthcare business leaders understand the “where” and the “why” in the effective use of intelligent automation and agentic AI technologies.

A.J. is here to provide a practical and experienced perspective on the challenges and rewards of automating workflows. From stakeholder management to process evaluation to the Center of Excellence structure, he is focused on leveraging his experience and personal investment in the intelligent automation industry to help clients navigate what can be an unexpectedly challenging path toward automation success.

A.J. was a founding member of the IEEE Working Group on Standards in Intelligent Automation.

Outside of work, A.J. follows the Indianapolis sports teams, plays golf (poorly), visits Walt Disney World often, and loves movies.

Sr. Director, Engagement Lead - HLS

As an Engagement Lead, Verona is accountable for the health of the client relationship, the quality of our technical deliverables, and the alignment of our solutions with the stringent regulatory demands of the healthcare ecosystem.

With over 25 years of dedicated healthcare experience, as an Engagement Lead within the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) practice, Verona serves as the strategic bridge between complex clinical/business challenges and high-impact technology solutions.

Verona’s primary focus is to orchestrate the delivery of innovative, compliant, and scalable digital transformations that improve patient outcomes, optimize revenue cycle performance, and accelerate time-to-market for all areas of healthcare, leveraging agentic AI and other emerging technologies.

Verona is the Engagement Lead for one of the largest pediatric providers in the nation & consistently brings creative solutions to the team in support of their KPI’s.
